Anthony Sanchez (asanchez@cityofberkeley.info)
Anthony comes to Berkeley City Hall with years of experience working in California politics and government. A 2007 graduate of Stanford University with degrees in Communication and Creative Writing, Anthony served for a year after his graduation as a Senate Fellow in the office of State Senator Joseph Simitian where he staffed the Senator on the Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee and carried several bills - all of which were signed into law by the Governor. He has worked with non-profits such as the First Amendment Coalition and has also worked as a political consultant for TBW Media in San Francisco. He has worked on several successful campaigns, including managing a recent parcel tax measure campaign for the San Ramon Valley School District which won with 72% of the vote. He has also served as a member of the Berkeley Housing Advisory Commission.

INTERNS
Councilmember Arreguin's office relies heavily on the work of dedicated interns and volunteers. Projects include legislative research and writing, community outreach and constituent services.
