To have your ideas shared at the October 13 open house, please do one of the following:
Fill out the reservation form at http://goo.gl/forms/ZDB78k7pu8WqVrA42 (You must have Google account)
Email firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of the reservation form along with single file of your presentation attached (20MB limit)
Mail or hand deliver reservation form to Mayor’s Office, 2180 Milvia Street, 94704, Attn: Brandi Campbell Wood
Presentations are due to the North Berkeley Senior Center at 3:30pm on Saturday, October 13. You are responsible for delivering your presentation to the North Berkeley Senior Center and mounting your display between 3:30-4pm, immediately preceding the public event, which begins at 4pm on October 13.
Your concepts can be presented as drawings, photographs, models or written narratives. You can create these materials yourself or provide images or descriptions of a place you feel would be a good model for what you would like to see accomplished at the North Berkeley BART site. There will be limited wall space and easels, so please limit the size of your submission to two 24” x 36” sheets or equivalent area.
Council aides will assign numbers to the submissions in order of reservations received.
At the October 13 open house event, you will have the opportunity to discuss your ideas with participants, who can submit written comments on your and other visions. The City of Berkeley will provide a website where comments will be posted for two weeks after the event.
Please combine all images and narratives that represent your vision into a single PDF or JPG file. Call 510-981-7100 for assistance.
